The Agreement (Accordo Stato-Regioni) requires a test with at least 30 questions with 3 options, a 70% pass mark, and named results in the official record kept in the course file. Quizhat produces all of these. No authority certifies software: the training provider remains responsible for the process, just as with a paper test.
No. They join from the link or QR code and enter their first and last name. In game modes a nickname is enough.
On the free plan, yes: quizzes you create or import are public in the shared library under a CC BY licence, and other trainers can play and copy them. On the Trainer and Organisation plans you can make any quiz private, visible only to you. If you go back to the free plan, quizzes you made private stay private.
