Verifica finale del corso di 12 ore per lavoratori, datori di lavoro e autonomi che operano in ambienti sospetti di inquinamento o confinati (ASR 17/04/2025, Parte II §7; D.P.R. 177/2011, art. 2, c. 1, lett. d). Il test (almeno 30 domande con almeno 3 risposte, soglia 70%) va abbinato alle prove pratiche (Parte IV §6.3). 45 domande a scelta (nessun Vero/Falso): 30 di base e 15 di riserva. In modalità Verifica imposta «Estrai 30 domande a caso» e la soglia al 70%. Supporto alla formazione: il formatore resta responsabile della verifica e del verbale.
